We currently ship only within the United States. If you live outside this region and would like to purchase our products, please refer to our Find International Distributor page. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping. During checkout you can select the shipping method you prefer. The shipping prices are determined by the ship-to address and the total weight of the products ordered. We ship orders Monday through Friday.
If you are not completely happy with an item that you’ve purchased from this website, please return it so that we can find what will work best for you. Simply return your product in its unused and original condition including all tags, packaging and accessories within 14 days and you will receive a prompt refund, excluding shipping charges. Your original form of payment will be used for completing the transaction.

All of our products come with a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for the life of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, overloading, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use. Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.
To make a warranty claim please call or email us to describe the condition of your OP/TECH USA product. We will generally then ask that the item be mailed to us. If we find the product has a manufacturer defect we will either repair or replace the product at no cost. If we no longer manufacture the product we will repair or replace it with a comparable product.
We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payment via PayPal. If you would prefer to make your purchase by telephone, please call us at 406-388-1377 or toll free (within the USA) at 1-800-251-7815. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm MST and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Fridays.
