With the OP/TECH USA System Connectors, the camera/binocular owner has several connection options. You can buy an extra set of connectors to customize the strap to best suit your needs. Straps can be lengthened to be worn across the chest or shortened to be worn at chest level. Another feature of the System Connectors is the small carrying handle created when the quick disconnects are latched together.
The Sling Strap Adaptor System Connector clips onto a strap pad to convert it into an over-the-shoulder sling. Two Uni-Loop connectors allow for use with a pro battery pack and offer even more options for carrying gear.
Please note: the Sling Strap Adaptor does not come with a strap pad. If you are interested in purchasing the Sling Strap Adaptor with a strap pad please take a look at the Utility Strap - Sling.

I was sceptical when I first saw this design offered on the Nikonians PhotoProShop but I decided to take a chance and ordered it. I am so glad I did. It came packaged as the Utility Strap - Sling with the Nikonians logo. I love the cross chest carry method and the sling feature adds speed and ease to quickly grabbing candid shots. I attached 1 quick connect to the camera and the other to my battery grips L - bracket on my D7k. The strap never gets in the way which was always a problem for me using a conventional strap. The bottom line is that I would recommend this wrap system to everyone.Value Functionality Construction Quality Comfort Durability
P.S. I never remove the strap even when using my tripod. It just works. :)

Question:
I am looking at the Pro Loop Strap - my camera is a Nikon d5100 and this strap is on the list options for that camera. Since I was going to take this path I thought maybe the Sling Strap Adapter would be a nice toy to have for once in a while use, not often but who knows. The Sling Strap Adapter does not appear to hook to the Pro Loop Strap, is this true?
Answer:
Yes, the Sling Strap Adaptor will work with the Pro Loop Strap. Un-clip the connectors from the strap pad of the Pro Loop Strap and then clip on the Sling Strap Adaptor.
Question:
Is it possible to purchase only the clip portions of the Sling Strap Adaptor? I already have the Sling Strap Adaptor but would like to add clips to straps of my other bags/straps so I can switch my camera easily to something else.
Answer:
Yes, you can purchase the Uni-Loops (clip portions) separately.
